Rack, operated by Mason Patrick McCaw, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Select the transaction you want refunded and follow the refund flow.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the app's support channel and we will help you request the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated immediately.

Paddle Buyer Terms

Refund handling is also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. This policy does not affect statutory rights you may have under local consumer law.
